Hotel Room Rates and Reservation Information
Fundtech has reserved a limited number of rooms at the Ritz Carlton New Orleans for the conference dates of Sunday, May 17 – Wednesday, May 20. Fundtech's Client Conference attendees are eligible for a standard discounted room rate of $199.00 plus tax for single/double occupancy for the duration of the conference. Guest room rates will apply three days prior and three days following the event based upon hotel availability.

In the "group code" box, enter the special Fundtech block code: CCOCCOA ( to reserve a king bed), CCOCCOB (to reserve two double beds) . You may also call the Ritz Carlton central reservations office at +1-800-826-8987. Be sure to ask for the special 2009 Fundtech Client Conference rate.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night's group room rate and tax.
Reservations must be received on or before Friday, April 17, 2009. After this date the hotel will accept reservations based on a space- and rate- available basis.
Please note that the hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and the check-out time is 12:00 PM.
AIRLINE RESERVATIONS
Participants should fly into the Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY). The Ritz Carlton New Orleans is 10 miles, approximately 25 minutes, from the New Orleans Airport.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Taxi cabs are available to and from the Ritz Carlton New Orleans for a fare of approximately $29 one way.
Shared shuttle service is also available with Airport Shuttle for approximately $30 round trip. Reservations should be made no later than 1:00 PM the preceding day. A discount of $2 off the regular round trip price is available for Fundtech conference attendees. All reservations must be completed online. However, you may make changes to your reservation by calling +1-866-596-2699. Click here to make your reservations online.
After you claim your luggage, look for the Airport Shuttle ticket desks located across from baggage claim areas 3, 6 and 12. The Airport Shuttle representative will give you a shuttle pass and direct you to the appropriate staging area outside the lower level.
CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Business casual attire is suggested for all conference sessions and events (i.e. suits/ties are not required). Please note that the outside temperature is expected to be in the 80s. Evenings will be cooler and all inside venues will be air conditioned.

“The Big Easy”, as New Orleans is known, was originally a French colony in the early 1700’s and was sold to the United States by Napoleon as part of the Louisiana Purchase. Situated at the confluence of the mighty Mississippi River and the picturesque Gulf of Mexico, New Orleans is often referred to as the most unique city in America. The city’s spirit of celebration is always evident in the French Quarter, as well as during annual events such as Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest.
