Customer Care - End User Support
As part of a standard maintenance agreement, we provide 24x7 on-call support to all our customers. In addition, we offer a variety of enhanced support options ranging from operating system support to premium support provided by a designated service representative.

Training
Fundtech also offers practical, hands-on training to help our customers maximize their use of our products. We offer a variety of training classes throughout the year at our Fundtech offices.

Web Self Service
Our password-protected web site for electronic payments and global cash management customers allows clients to submit support requests, view the status of existing requests, download software upgrades and release notes, and search our knowledge base of resolutions.

Client Conference
Through educational sessions, live demos and expert permissions, Fundtech's client conferences provide a forum to review developments and explore opportunities. The conference offers networking opportunities with other Fundtech clients, Fundtech staff and invited speakers.
